Hello and welcome to our free picks area!  A few things that will help you out;
You will notice that all of our plays have a number of units displayed, these are based on a scale of 1-5 units.  A unit is a base wager amount and it's value depends on your bankroll.  To one player a unit may be $10 and another would be $10,000.   You will also notice that some plays are highlighted.  These are the 'MONEY' plays of the day.  If a play is not highlighted, then I see no value in risking actual money on it.  The amount of 'money' wagered on the highlighted selections is directly correlated to the number of units wagered.  Where (1) ONE unit is equal to %5 of your total bank.  So if you have a bankroll of $500 and you decide to play a selection that is a 3 unit play, then you would risk %15 of your total bank, or $75. You will also notice there is a "Power Play" section, this is where I post the one game of the day I have action on.  There are many occasions where no Power Play will be posted, that is because I don't play every day, I like to win instead.
